Shipping & Returns



Standard: $10 standard shipping within Australia
Express: $15 express shipping within Australia

International: $30 Flat rate (standard shipping)

You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world.

As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order.

If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.


We will monogram and dispatch your items the next business day after placing your order. We use Australia Post and will send you a tracking number via email or text. 



If on the rarest of occasions your item is faulty on arrival, please send your order number and a photo of the damage to and we will review your issue and the product photos. We'll either provide a resolution to fix the problem, or refund or replace your item. 

We unfortunately cannot refund or exchange for change of mind on any products that have been personalised.  

If you have purchased an item from us without any personalisation we are happy to provide you with an exchange or full refund on the item once returned to us if it is in the same condition as when we sent it to you and in the original packaging. Please contact for returns.
